Please be aware that there are fees to change ownership.  The fee will include all required Datacap-IPTrans software upgrades and IPTrans device reprogramming.  Other on site programming and software upgrades may be required and will be billed separately.  Please Note:  The payment processor may also charge fees.  Contact the payment processor to create a new merchant account.
